Linda Farmer

Mrs. Linda Farmer graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1978 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She has taught for almost 40 years in various grades throughout both the public and private school systems. Mrs. Linda has served on the accreditation team, as middle school cheer sponsor, and helped facilitate summer science camps for elementary students. She has received “Teacher of the Year” and was nominated to be “Disney Teacher of the Year.” Mrs. Linda has taught at Bright Academy for 5 years and recently completed a Language Enrichment program through Neuhaus Learning Center. She has also attended many math programs that provide specialized training on utilizing multi-sensory math strategies for students. This year, Mrs. Linda is teaching first grade and serves on various committees. She brings fun and engaging activities to the classroom and is thankful for the opportunity to be with her students each day.
